Nicola Liebenberg

Plan Management
Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting and Cert IV Disability (in progress). Previously worked in Practice Management across various Allied Health fields, Nicola started with Lighthouse in 2019 as one of the very first staff members. When she is not helping providers with billing enquiries, you will find her in the garden, playing touch football or hanging out with her young family.

Bridget Murphy

Support Coordination
A life of lived experience, and a dedication to helping people reach their goals. When she is not making us laugh at work, she is working towards her own goals and enjoying being an avid gin enthusiast and pony rider.

Gabriella Ferteklis

Support coordination
Cert III Business & Cert IV Disability. Bringing 3 years “inside the NDIA” experience to the table, she is our go to NDIS encyclopedia. When not working, Gabbi enjoys spending time with her dogs Chief & Chilli, shooting clay targets at the Gun Club and doing housework.

Martia Byrne

Plan Management
Diploma in Community Services, Disability Studies & Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting. A whopping 12 years experience in disability services across many different areas, Marita is passionate and dedicated to helping people navigate the NDIS and understand the system better.

Lisa Lawther

Support Coordinator
BA Applied Science Disability Studies. A Yarra Valley local with over 25 years of varied experience around the disability sector, Lisa has been a part of Lighthouse from the very beginning. Lisa is passionate about enabling all people to be the best versions of themselves that they can be! In her down time, you will find Lisa horse riding, snorkeling or dreaming of traveling around Australia.

Chloe Eastwood

Administration
Cert IV Disability and Cert IV Bookkeeping & Accounting (in progress) plus 6 years experience in various roles within the disability sector. Chloe handles all things people and projects related and is our unofficial go to technology guru. In her spare time, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with a coffee in hand and her animals not too far away. Favourite Quote: “If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.”

Renae Carter

Support Coordination
Enrolled nurse with over 10 years experience as a Practice nurse/Community nurse. A yarra Valley local who is passionate about helping others in the community. Renae has a passion for music and plays the guitar. Renae enjoys spending time with her family and 3 beautiful children.

Tricia Haddon

Support Coordination
Certificate IV in Disability, 14+ years of experience in various roles in the disability sector, including 6 years NDIS experience as LAC and Support Coordinator. Tricia is dedicated to assisting participants to live their best life whilst utilising their NDIS funding to achieve their goals.

Keltie Blake

Support Coordination
With lived experience Keltie has a background in allied health and community services, with key knowledge in mental health and child, youth and family interventions. Looking at the holistic approach for people with disabilities understanding the potential challenges. Keltie enjoys spending her time with her family along with spending down at the local footy/cricket.

Chrissy Loy

Support Coordination
Diploma of Community Services, Bachelor of Psychology and 8 years experience within the disability sector in various roles such as ABA therapist & Disability Support Worker (SIL & independent). Chrissy has a passion for supporting people to thrive and loves to celebrate her participant’s wins, small or big! When not working, you’ll find Chrissy enjoying the outdoors with her family or a coffee at the local cafe.

Training

Barbara has worked in the disability and community sectors for over 25 years, in recreation early intervention, case management, community development, project management and teaching. She’s worked in large organisations and small, with people 1:1 and supported teams. In all of this, her favourite role has been teaching and mentoring.
Barbara started Keys to Resilience with a commitment to strengthen the skills and wellbeing of the community and health workers. Keys to Resilience designs and delivers training workshops, courses, individual and group mentoring.

Annette is our “self confessed information seeker” and mentor who threw the towel in on the corporate world to make a real difference in people’s lives helping them navigate the NDIS system. Her dream to create a workplace that empowers and supports the staff and a business that uses its profits for purpose in the local community, has blossomed into a wonderful successful story.

When not at work, you’ll find Annette thinking about work, doing pro bono or planning the next innovative work idea. All, generally whilst lost in her vegetable garden.
