Lighthouse Health & Support is a boutique business and a National Disability Insurance Scheme registered provider that provides Support Coordination and community services to the Yarra Valley & Surrounds extending North East up the Hume Hwy to Wodonga.  We exist to educate, support and assist participants & their families to optimise their NDIS funding and find solutions that meet their needs. Helping them achieve their goals.

Our NDIS Quality & Safeguards Stage 2 Quality Accreditation completed by GPG Global and passed with no further investigations required in May 2021. Registered for WorkCover Insurance to cover our liabilities under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (and amendments) paid up to date.
